About

This is a blog about staying organized without the hype. I write about the actual systems I use to run my days: how I keep a calendar that survives contact with a real week, why my to-do list finally works after a dozen that didn’t, how I plan without overplanning, and how I keep track of everything without holding it all in my head. Everything here is stuff I use, or used to use before it broke and taught me something. I’m honest about the setups that failed, because most of them did before they worked, and the failures are usually more useful than the wins. No productivity theater, no talk of grinding or optimizing your way to a better human, just plain, boring systems that ask very little of you and tend to still be around a year later. If you’re tired of methods that look great for 9 days and then quietly fall apart, you might find something here worth keeping.
